What is Verified by Visa?
Verified by Visa is a unique service that uses personal passwords or identity information to help protect Visa card numbers against unauthorized use. Once activated your Visa card number cannot be used for online purchases without your personal password. Verified by Visa is available for most Visa cards from participating financial institutions.*
Why should I sign up for Verified by Visa?
Verified by Visa provides an extra level of protection for online shopping. Visa always protects its cardholders against unauthorized use, but Verified by Visa helps to prevent unauthorized use online before it can happen.

International Cards Payment Process
Answer:(1)Click the URL in your Payment request Email, choose the payment way of VISA, the JCB Input your international card number, term of validity, CVV2 and your name. IPS will connect with your issuing bank to check whether your international card has already registered 3D Verification service.
(2) Transaction processing, please wait... (Connecting your issuing bank, encryption transmitting), or Transaction Proceeding, Please Wait... (Connecting your issuing bank, encryption transmitting)
After Verified By VISA window from your issuing bank is displayed, please check whether your personal guarantee information is correct or not in order to confirm that you are making the transaction with your issuing bank, and then input and submit your Verified By VISA password.
After the verification, your issuing bank will confirm your payment. If successful, goods-taking page, provided by the shopping website, will pop up. |

Why can my card not be used normally in the payment?
Answer:If your VISA, or JCB card in hand is valid but you can't make your payment normally with it, the main reason may be that you haven't passed 3D Verification. The so-called 3D Verification is a free service provided by the credit card company to guarantee the secure online shopping for customers. You may directly by telephone request your issuing bank to add this service. In terms of VISA card, this service is called Verified By VISA, and J/Secure in terms of JCB card. The service actually provides you with a secure code in your online shopping to guarantee your card is used by yourself and to avoid potential fraud. |

Why is the net speed rather slow during the payment?
Answer:When you submit your credit card information, the IPS platform is verifying your identity with your issuing bank through 128 bits encryption. In addition, if your credit card is issued by an overseas bank, the network itself will also cause a delay. Therefore the net speed is slow and you need wait about 10 seconds. |

Usually you need enter Personal Option and choose Visa Security Service. Then online application can be carried out. Why i failed to pay by my Visa card?
The reason of failed maybe is:
A. Network busy or broken when transaction going on;
B.Verified failed by the bank of your Credit card.
